Hi everyone. We have been remiss in posting here which makes me sad for we worked so hard to get the number up. But, tomorrow we get back at it. Looks like my illness is dying off now …. so that is good! Now my mother has it… 😦 Lasts three months, plugs up your sinuses, makes your ear ring endlessly… drove me crazy.
So, today it hit 50 degrees, played with the coolies, took lil Hallie for a ride, got gas and drove the tractors and have energy left over for the first time in three months.
Finally, after a year of looking hard…. perhaps… keep your fingers crossed a tractor may have been found. It came out of the blue… um… I dont want to jinx it… but lets say this… its not Flambeau, its not green, its not red or silver… okay that is enough of a hint. It also has 36 or 40 hp, weighs around 4000 pounds and will fit in nicely here….
HMMMMM… A LANDMINE OUGHT TO TAKE CARE OF THIS NEW ADDITION.. MUWAHAHAHAHAH
So happy you’re feeling better! Sheesh! You really got hit hard. I hope your mother gets well, soon… xo
numbers used to be important but then i can to the conclusion that doing a post with stats in mind was not much fun so now I write when i have something I want to say and I couldn’t care at all about numbers, stats or charts… so write when you want its always a pleasure to hear from you.
Tis good that you are feeling perky and I hope that Mother will soon recover
Dear Collies of the Meadow, (I’m so sorry, I don’t know you name!) ~ We just LOVE to see all your posts, and to read about your dear family of collies. We are the 4 collies from Michigan, and we know how hard the winter has been for you, too. (we think you’re in Minnesota?)
We were so sorry to hear and read of your long illness. We will pray you feel better soon, and your mom, too. I just read about you and your dogs, and want you to know we are Christians, too, and feel exactly the same way about our dear dogs. (but above all about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!) We just LOVE Terhune’s quote too about being met with the swirling gold and white (and tri’s) when he gets to Heaven. We feel the same. We just lost our beloved 14 year old in January, who we loved so much. We called our breeder in South Dakota, and they happened to have a new litter in November, which we now have a little 4 month old tri puppy from. It doesn’t take the place of our dear Chloe, but we love our new puppy too so much. (along with his 3 older sisters/brother.) We have 2 sables, and 2 tris. (2 females and 2 males, but alas, all are “fixed”.) Our 3 kids are grown, out of college, so now our dogs are our “kids” ~ we’ve had about 12 collies throughout our lives. (but not as many as you!) It’s so wonderful to meet people who are devoted to their Lord, their families, and their pets. Blessings to all of you!! We look forward to more posts!!
In Christian love, Karen and Tim Schipper (in Michigan) PS ~ we hope you get this. I don’t know too well how Word Press works, if you will even get this note! Have a wonderful day!!! And keep getting better, and enjoy your family, dogs, and tractors!!!! 🙂
