Yes, the squirrel came down today. Unfortunately it was in the front yard where the collies cannot go and under the bird feeder. But, it was only about 5 feet outside the window. Now, you will notice the shots a bit blurred at times… well as those who have collies and perhaps all dogs know, if a dog can get to a window its is smudgeville and cleaning daily does not stop it. So, welcome to our world where we look at lovely things outside the window full of collie nose smudges! LOL
Well, I grabbed my camera and began clicking. Squirrel…. the squirrel!!! The collies just yawned and did not react.. in fact acted annoyed for it was nap time! Here you go and here is the story in pictures.

The collies might not see me if I hide down here at the bottom of the post….. awful quiet for the collies…. wow.. look at the smudges on the window… yep, definitely where those collies live!

To be fair the collies would usually jump up and go crazy at the window trying to get the squirrel. However, they had a hard day playing today and we made sure they were truly tuckered out for a happy collie is a tired collie. 
So, the squirrel came down.. in the front yard where it is safe…. the chicken!
That must have been one hectic play time they had, to sleep through the squirrel photo shoot
Those collies take their napping seriously. I don’t thing getting a squirrel is as much fun as chasing a squirrel. I chase them all the time, but I wouldn’t know what to do if I ever caught one!
